1 Lb Milk and Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels

Our homemade caramel is cooked in a copper kettle, poured onto a table and allowed to cool.  Then it is cut and dipped in either milk or dark chocolate, then topped with 2 different kinds of sea salts.
